Total value of shares issued shall be BGN 5,000,000
At its meeting today the Finance Supervision Commission confirmed gave permission as regards the secondary public offering of shares issued by Insurance Company EuroIns, Ltd., Sofia. The total
value of shares issued shall be BGN 5,000,000 divided to 5,000,000 common shares with face value of BGN 1 each, constituting part of the lawfully registered capital of the company.
