Public Offering of Securities, namely an application form for issuance of a license for carrying out of activities and offering services pursuant to art.54, item 2 and 3 of the Law on Public
Offering of Securities as an investment mediator and an application form for issuance of a license for carrying out of activities and offering services pursuant to art.54, item 2 and 3 of the Law
on Public Offering of Securities on the territory of Bulgaria via a representative of a foreign legal entity. The application forms will be published at the website of the Finance Supervision
